upgrade 3.3.5 to 3.4.0, errors in view civicrm_contributions
April 26, 2011, 02:28:56 am
My Drupal version is 6.20. I upgraded CiviCRM from 3.3.5 to 3.4.0.

The upgrade went smoothly without error messages. After that clicking on the tabs in a contact (Contributions, Events, Activities, etc.) I get unformatted pages with a few lines of text only.

The view "civicrm_contributions" shows "Broken/missing handler" under "Fields" for "Responsible" and "Bought".

Thanks for any help.

For the first issue, did you delete all template files in sites/default/files/civicrm/template_c ?

For the second, try to redo the Views Integration code perhaps...

Thank you for the answer.

Yes, I deleted all template files in sites/default/files/civicrm/template_c.

I didn't code anything, even didn't modify the view "civicrm_contributions".

Someone did this :

Quote
You will need to set database prefixes in your Drupal settings.php file so that Views2 can access your CiviCRM DB. The prefixes can be seen on a url like: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/uf?reset=1. You will need to have Views2 enabled to see those settings. Important: You will have to update your settings.php with new prefixes every time you add new Custom Field Group.  Also, after making changes in civicrm you should clear Drupal's view cache at:  Administer › Site building › Views › Tools and press "Clear Views cache".

from http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC40/Views2+Integration+Module

I am suggesting you redo it b/c perhaps it changed.
