civicrm menu leads to blank page
April 26, 2011, 09:26:08 am
I tried to install several versions of Civi, but only 3.16 works on my site. Not sure why. After I installed it, it shows on the menu, but clicking on it leads to a blank page.

Please see attachment to see if it is correctly enabled.

Please help. I am stuck here.

What are your versions of Drupal, PHP and MySQL?

I can't believe you have PHP 2.8. Anyhow see here: http://civicrm.org/aboutcivicrm under the "Technical Requirements" section where it says:

Code: [Select]
PHP 5.2.1+ (PHP 5.3 is supported starting with CiviCRM 3.2)
MySQL 5.1.x+ with InnoDB support

Your hosting environment is not compatible with CiviCRM and that's why you are having troubles.
