Hi! I'm trying to create a Current Board Members view which shows display name, current employer and relationship description (where I've put the board position, e.g., President, VP, etc.), however, I am trying to filter on relationship type field and the values are not showing up for the filter. I get the field but not the value so when the sql is created it states:

CiviCRM Relationships: Relationship Type A-to-B in Unknown

Is this a configuration or integration issue or a bug?

Yes, it's a bug. Here's a link to the issue in JIRA:
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8021

Assuming you're using 3.3.x, the fix is to change 'label_a_b' to 'name_a_b'.
