No dashboard with installing civicrm 3.4 on Joomla 5.22

When I install 3.4 on my local machine (xampp...etc) everything is ok.
When I install the same on the host of my provider it say's succesfull but there is no dashboard.
Only on the left there are blue hyperlinks to create new items.
I am on my end after 2 months experimenting and reinstalling (about more then 20 times).
On the other hand I got through everything on my local machine get enthousiastic but on the moment I want to bring it to the host of my provider its  stocks.
Who can help. When you send me and mail I will hand you over the login of my site....

Ok Thanks. I also asked an expert in our Joomla user group. He advised me to stop with it...  >:(
