Integration with E-mail and Address Book Clients?
May 02, 2011, 06:01:12 am
Hello,

I am researching CRM's for a client who is looking to further their client communication system. Does CiviCRM support e-mail and address book integration with clients like gMail or Mac Address Book?

Basically, an example of what I consider integration would be that when a user uses gMail to send an e-mail to client can it be recorded in CiviCRM automatically (via a BCC e-mail or something along those lines) or does the user have to record the e-mail in CiviCRM separately?

Thank you,
Ben
