No mailing report since 3.4
May 02, 2011, 11:55:05 am
When I want to view a mailing report in CiviCrm 3.4, I get a blank page. Even with the mailings send with CiviCrm 3.3. With the previous version, I could view this mailing reports.
What can I do?

thanks

Bart, Kurund just solved the issue http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8013. That might be the same problem, apply the patch and try again?

I can' t try this description, because the problem with the language isn' t solved yet : I have no languages in localization. They are installed, but I can't choose them. The default language is ... (blank).

Thanks
Bart

Hi Bart, do you have any PHP skills? You can see the code changes Kurund made under the tab 'FishEye' but that only makes sense if you have any PHP skills.

No, I don't have any PHP skills.
Is there any code that I can copy and paste into my files?
Or will the problem be solved with 3.4.1 ?

No, I'm sorry, the problem is not solved with 3.4.1. I only get a blank page, when I choose a mailing report.

When I make a testsite with joomla 1.6 and civicrm 4.0.1 and import the tables, I can get mailing reports. So the problem happens only with joomla 1.5 and civicrm 3.4

Should that be this?

this should be fixed in the next release. Can you try this patch please:

https://fisheye2.atlassian.com/rdiff/CiviCRM?csid=34333&u&N

You can check the web for instructions on how to apply a patch

I don't find many about "how to apply a patch". In this forum I found http://drupal.org/node/620014 but I don't understand how to do it.
Can I apply a patch only using Plesk Panel, NinjaXplorer and ftp?

Thanks
