Address Parse Command Line Script

Hi, I'm trying to find the command line script to parse address for canvassing / phone bank support.  It was referenced here (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5450) but the link is dead... and I wasn't sure if it had evolved for the 4.0 release.

We're running Joomla 1.6 and CiviCRM 4.0.

Thoughts?

could not find a wiki doc for this. If you could create docs that would be great. You can add it as a sibling page to:

Oh, I had thought the batch geo-coding script was separate from the address parse script.  My bad!
