Fatal error -

Mixed profile not allowed for on behalf of registration/sign up.

The contribution page is not a registration page - the membership section is not filled in.

This is a donations page (although I set it to campaign contribution in error)

The page works well and has been in use to collect donations (feel free to try it out! at www.ablazepartners.org/donate)

I have just downloaded and installed the civicrm_giftaid module and imported it's profile.

When I add the profile to the page it returns the above error.

I can't see why it is reporting the page as a membership/sign up page.

Any thoughts?

It turn out that...

The page was a sign up page because I was allowing people to donate on behalf of an organisation.... this requires a sign up.

By disabling this field I am able to use gift aid.

Any thoughts from people in Uk? Should it be like this? Organisations and gift aid are I believe mutually exclusive, so, makes sense, but then again...
