Fatal error in Civicrm_member_roles.module

When trying to use Manually Synchronize a testmember in Civicrm I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function civicrm_contact_memberships_get() in /home/theorichel/domains/grkmain.com/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/civicrm_member_roles/civicrm_member_roles.module  on line 494

No idea what to do now.

This is a bug, filed here: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-7960 already.

Thanks. I had seen that but it refers to something to change in line 539, and that looked so different, I thought I was on the wrong track.
