Cool, and nice example of using a module to inject jquery magic without having to touch the template

For the lazy among us, could you put it on github or drupal.org ?

Well, I uploaded the three files into sites/default/modules/civicopyaddr, and ran update.php, but the module doesn't appear in my list of modules. I am stumped as to what else I might need to do; please let me know what steps I should take to enable and use this module. Thanks so much!

You don't need to run update.php. All that is necessary is to put the files into the correct directory, as you seem to have.
