It would be very useful to have the ability apply tags to contributions and pledges.

Some  examples:
a)  When importing contributions or pledges, I could apply a tag to the whole set. Then its easy to rollback if needed. Or ask someone to search on that tag so they can review the newly imported records.

b) When creating a contribution page or paid event, a tag can be configured to automatically get applied to any contributions/pledges that come in.  ( Similar to how profiles can be configured to put any profile contact submissions into a certain group. )

c) When a bookkeeper is entering backoffice contributions/pledges, they can use the tags for internal workflows in their office.
