Automaticaly create the personal contribution page after registering for event

Could someone tell me if CiviCRM allows to connect the Contribution page with an Event, so when someone registers for the Event, he can have the personal contribution page automatically created?

Anyone? I just need to know if it's possible or do I need to do some coding? Also, is it possible to create a link to the "create your personal contribution page"?

Thanks Lobo.
I started working on it today and so far I have the code to assign the Contribution Page to the Event. Now, I need to include the form to create PCP on the Event Registration page. Any tips how to deal with it?
