2 errors while installing CiviCRM
May 09, 2011, 04:51:02 am
Hi,

I have 2 "little" problems while installing CiviCRM on Joomla.

First I got an inclusion error:
Quote
Warning: require_once(DB.php)

To fix this error I copied DB.php / PEAR.php / PEAR5.php to the "com_civicrm\admin" directory. After this fix, I got this error:

Quote
Cannot open mysql://USERNAME:PASSWORD@localhost/DATABASE?new_link=true: DB Error: not found

Joomla: 1.6.3
CiviCRM: 4.0.1
MySQL: 5.0.51a
PHP: 5.2.6

Maybe anyone can help me to fix this errors?!

Thank you.

Hi. CiviCRM requires MySQL 5.1.x+ with InnoDB support (as per http://civicrm.org/aboutcivicrm ) and you have 5.0

Aside from that, are you getting that error when you install CiviCRM? Seems odd...
