Hi - not sure if this is an IMport issue or that our subtypes are corrupted in some way - or some js issue

Site is on 3.3.6 - it has one subtype for ORgs = school.

On Import Contact when I select Org the 'subtype' select option (which shows all the time, unlike on Demo) has no options or even 'select'

there are no js errors being reported on the page

any suggestions on how to explore this problem beyond waiting to upgrade it
