I am playing with memberships on the Drupal test site prior to our own upgrade from 3.3.6

I created  3 memberships, one in one organization and two in a second organizaation.  I then created a contact with memberships in each of the two  organizations.   I then tried to renew one of the memberships at a higher level (upsell feature) through the  renew option using the change membership  type link.

After clicking renew, I get an error "Please enter a valid amount"

(I get the same error if I try to create a new membership for the same contact through the civiMembership menu with or without a start date that is before/after the current end date)
