List participants of logged-in user city

While searching for participants ,it should list only the participants having city same as logged-in user city?

Such a feature does not exist nor does it sound like something many other users would want so I don't envision it being built.

However you could add this yourself. I do not think it could be done via hooks, however, I think you would need to customize the PHP files in CiviCRM.

Or create a custom search page in Drupal.
