DomPDF Error
May 10, 2011, 07:53:20 pm
Hi Again,

In my CiviCRM events module, when I click on register for an event. I get the following error message. Not sure if the issue is with civicrm or the dompdf.

Warning: DOMXPath::query() [domxpath.query]: Invalid expression in /home/xxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/stylesheet.cls.php on line 614

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/stylesheet.cls.php on line 616

Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers

Hi,

A bit more information, the issue is not specific to events module, basically, I cannot generate PDF from civicrm, including the reports.

When I ran the pdf report, I had the following errors in addition to the errors mentioned earlier.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'DOMPDF_Exception' with message 'No block-level parent found. Not good.' in /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/inline_positioner.cls.php:68 Stack trace: #0 /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/frame_decorator.cls.php(382): Inline_Positioner->position() #1 /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/inline_frame_reflower.cls.php(56): Frame_Decorator->position() #2 /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/frame_decorator.cls.php(388): Inline_Frame_Reflower->reflow() #3 /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/page_frame_reflower.cls.php(96): Frame_Decorator->reflow() #4 /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/frame_decorator.cls.php(388): Page_Frame_Reflower->reflow in /home/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/inline_positioner.cls.php on line 68

Anybody else having similar issues?

Hi All,

I fixed the error by installing the newer version of DomPDF
