Good afternoon, everyone.  I've been scouring the forums looking for the answer to this question, as I'm sure it must have come up before, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. 

I'm getting ready to start working with some organizations that have "mandatory" membership policies and need to be able to calculate late fees for members that do not pay dues in a timely manner.  The late fees are typically a percentage of the amount owed.  Has anyone implemented this type of functionality before?

Also, not having worked with the pledge function yet, has it been used to develop "payment plans" for delinquent members? 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
