How to append custom condition to participant search query in civicrm?

In general if would be helpful you explain your use case and what exactly you are trying to achieve.

By participant search, I am assuming Find Participant, you cannot add additional conditions without modifying the code.

   While searching participant(Find Participant) it should display those participant who having the city name equivalent to login user city name.
