Mailing Tracked Open image + Multilingual drupal

I have a multilingual drupal with path prefix and a single language Civicrm.
When a mailing is sent it adds a wrong url into the email.

The Tracked Open Image at the bottom is at
http://www.<domain>.nl/nl//sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/open.php?q=29

which leads to a 404.

Did I misconfigure or did I find a bug?

It is drupal 6 and civicrm 3.3.6
