Error using 4.01 on Drupal7:

When registering contacts for an event (via the contacts search, select all, "Add Contacts to Event" via pulldown) a note was added. Although this note does make it into the contact-event registration record, an error is returned:

"Notice: Undefined variable: noteIDs in CRM_Event_BAO_Participant::create() (line 265 of C:\www\drupal7\sites\all\modules\civicrm\CRM\Event\BAO\Participant.php)."

This is the standard note field, not a custom field.

And let's add this here as well since its an index error also:

Editing an event template, saving "Address" pane with a phone number entered. The task completes and throws this error:

Notice: Undefined index: phoneTypeId in CRM_Core_BAO_Block::create() (line 286 of C:\www\drupal7\sites\all\modules\civicrm\CRM\Core\BAO\Block.php).

The same error is returned regardless of the type of phone selected in the drop down (Phone, Mobile, Pager, Fax, VoiceMail).

fixed both these errors and will be part of 3.4.2 / 4.0.2
