Custom Fields - can't add Mutiple Choice Options

Hi

We have a CiviCRM site, that has been working fine for the past year, on CiviCRM 3.3.5 / Drupal 6

For no apparent reason we suddenly cannot add new Mutiple Choice Options to existing custom fields.
When you click 'Add Option for...' or click to Edit an existing Option the page reloads itself but doesn't display the add / edit mutiple choice option (so effectivley the sceen stays as is).

Have anyone seen this before and could it be server setting?

This is a Javascript feature so my guess is that something changed on your site and is causing a JS error. Can you look for any errors? A good tool for this is to install Firebug on Firefox and check there.
