Drupal member to create and manage own campaigns...
May 19, 2011, 09:02:45 pm
I'm going to be using civicrm to create and manage various campaigns this year and next, but my ultimate goal would be to allow registered members the ability to create and manage their own campaigns using civicrm module.

Has anyone ever attemptes this and is it possible?

Thank you.

I'm not sure that the existing campaign config is simple enough for the public to use, or that you would really want to offer all of the options for campaign creation. You might want to be a bit more focused in your use cases. Maybe try training some campaign organizers on how to do online campaigning in terms of recruiting and motivating constituents. During that training you could give them a special role and training to create and configure appropriate types of campaigns.
