Error After installation and enable module on drupal 6.2

warning: include_once(sites/default/civicrm.settings.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\drupal_dev\modules\civicrm\drupal\civicrm.module on line 252.

Oops! - The CiviCRM settings file (civicrm.settings.php) was not found in the expected location (sites/default/civicrm.settings.php).

Please review the Drupal Installation Guide and the Trouble-shooting page for assistance. If you still need help installing, you can often find solutions to your issue by searching for the error message in the installation support section of the community forum.

if there is missing this file during download then where from I can get it or what should I need now

I am Using Drupal 6.2 and civicrm civicrm-3.4.beta3

The install process worked without an error? When do you get this error?

Make sure the directory

C:\wamp\www\drupal_dev\sites\default

is writable. That may be the problem.

I got this error After Checking enable module.and there is not any file with name civicrm.settings.php in directory  C:\wamp\www\drupal_dev\sites\default  .   I don,t know I have missing this file during downloading or installing. how I can uninstall this module for reinstall. Now This Error Stoping me to go to admin---> site building--->module

CiviCRM has its own unique install process. Please read and follow the steps here:

to install it.
