CiviEvent & Joomla1.6 > Searchable events?
May 25, 2011, 01:41:35 am
Hi,

I'm a beginner CiviCRM user and i am wondering if what i need can be achieved in my J1.6 installation.

Ideally, i would like the frontend site users (public access and above) to be able to search the event listings. I may have 50-100 events and it would be useful if there was a joomla frontpage method to allow users to search events by:

event type
location
posted by (below)

Also i'd like registered users to be able to, once logged in, add an event, and possibly use this as another event search parameter.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Any help or information is greatly appreciated.

Andy
