Civicrm 4 does not install properly with a Fantastico Drupal installation
May 25, 2011, 02:13:27 pm
Apparently there is a problem installing Civicrm 4 on Drupal 7 sites that have previously been installed with Fantastico.  For a description of the specific issues involved, see http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,19846.msg82821.html#msg82821  Following a reply to the post I made, I did a manual install of Drupal 7 and Civicrm 4 and all worked well.  This should be put into the issue queue.

I don't think this is related to CiviCRM and mostly might be something to do with fantastico.
