I'm not following what you're doing and where the problem is occuring from your description below.

Can you recreate your steps on our demo site - and then post the steps you're taking (with a copy of each URL) - and include the point where you get the error message and the text of the error.

Sorry! I send me last post by error. I haven't finish!

So, i restart :

1. i'm going on the URL : https://gestion.rcabm.org/
2. I choose my CAB (the city)
3. I go to the section report (because all my statistics are already posted and I do some errors)
4. My report show this information (it depends on what i want it shows) :
ID    Service    Date    Reçu/Qté     Bénévoles     Bénéficiaires    Autres bénéfs.   Montant ...

in the ID Column, it's a link that shows the details of the activity. And we have the choice to delete or modify the activity. It's work when the name of the beneficaire (client) is correctly enter. To enter the name of the client, we have a cursor that show all the name entered in the data base. Initially, we enter the first letter of the family name to facilitate the search. The error that I do is : after i have written the first letter, i didn't have click on a name in the data base. So, the activity is enter at a incomplete name : like prest and not preston, bob who is in our data base.
