payment processor error message (??270 line item 1 is invalid) maybe it is 11270. see attachments

greetings

i am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this here. I have also reported it to our tech support team.

on the event registration form, when completing the financial transaction step for 2 different events (https://www.cohousing.org/civicrm/event/info?id=66&reset=1s and https://www.cohousing.org/civicrm/event/info?id=61&reset=1s) an error message is being generated. graphics attached.

my questions: what is the cause of this? whereabouts is the fix for this?
