How to authenticate bin/UpdateMembershipRecord.php

I am trying to run bin/UpdateMembershipRecord.php in my browser and - as announced in the documentation - it complains about username/password. But where do I set these? I can find no where in this file where I could fill it in.

use:

UpdateMembershipRecord.php?name=username&pass=password&key=site-key
and change username, password and site-key
