Edit/Disable Links Not Visible for Headers, Footers, and Automated Messages
May 31, 2011, 10:16:30 pm
After creating a custom footer, I went back to edit it but, to my consternation, the EDIT and DISABLE links were no longer on the page.

After reading http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=4561.0 I realized that the problem was the length of the HTML code I am using for the custom footer. Because the page displays the custom HTML, it was pushing the Edit/Disable links beyond the width of the content area. Hence, the links were no longer visible.

Until a solution is found as suggested in the above referenced post, the simple workaround is to click the little "printer friendly" icon at the top of the page. The Edit and Disable links should then be visible.
