How do I display the membership Start Date and End Date fields in a User page?

Hi, how do i show CiviMember Start Date and End Date fields of a user in /user? I've attached a mockup of what I want to show.

Could someone please help me? I'm really desperate and I've been at this for over a week.

I tried using Views, created a CiviCRM Membership View and added the Start and End date fields; but don't know how to filter it to show only the fields for the user being shown on the currently viewed User Info page.

I also tried looking around in Administer CiviCRM but can't find any setting that enables the display of these fields on the User Info page.

I think you could do it in Views. You need to add user id to Arguments, then give it the default value of current user id.
