CiviReport doesn't work

I have a big issue with CiviReport. When I try to view a report everything is blocked and I can't click on anything.

I attached the error that appear on top of the page.

But I don't understand what it means.

I have a screenshot but the Forum doesn't accept external link and I don't know how to show you here there is a link to view it:
cl . ly / 7R5x

Somebody can Help me?

Can you provide a higher resolution image? The one you provided is illegible.
