I have NO idea where to post this topic so here it is.
Does CiviCRM have the capability to handle timesheets?

Obviously the answer is depending on what you mean by handling timesheets. Having said that, there is no standard function in CiviCRM to record or process timesheets, so you would have to enhance CiviCRM. That should not be too difficult using the hooks and API.
