How to add the "county" field to the "Name and Address" profile

I have a more basic question:

How to add a "county" field to show in the "Name and Address" profile? I can't find it in the list of available fields that could possibly be added to that profile.

Hi kmas,
You need to  enable "county" field from  Administer CiviCRM › Global Settings >Address Settings.

And once you enable County as per above, it will be available under "Contacts" in profile field add interface.

It turned out that the problem I was facing was with the locale interface.

Currently there is no interface to select specific counties etc.
