Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research are looking for a CRM Project Manager to oversee our migration from Visual Alms to CiviCRM. Working within the Digital & CRM team, the CRM Project Manager will ensure the successful and timely set up and migration to the organisation’s new CRM platform (CiviCRM) of all data from our legacy system Visual Alms. The role also involves ensuring organisational processes involved with our CRM system are optimised and potential enhancements identified and implemented.

The project is key to the organisation’s goal of beating blood cancers, as it will bring our CRM and digital output together, allowing us to personalise our services and messaging online. We really feel that an integrated offering will help us achieve our organisational objective of increasing patient benefit.

Do you have...
● working knowledge of CiviCRM, Visual Alms or similar CRM systems
● strong project management experience
● an ability to quickly grasp the requirements of an organisation
● the personality to manage change
