We already have civicrm installed and connected in some ways to our drupal6 site.
A summary of help needed:

1.   Home page event search form and event sign-up and registration:
•   Search by location and skill.
•   Option to search for “virtual” events.
•   Search results will show street location in google map, event pics and/or event video
•    Event calendar on home page
•   Integrate with event database/civicrm


2.   User registration and login:
•   Create registration profiles for different categories of users. See ppt attached for  description of users
•   Synchronize with facebook/linkedin login

3.   User profiles include:
•   Picture
•    Events signed up
•   History of  past events signed for
•    Ability to write story about event and post story.
•   Ability to upload and post event pics, video.

4.   Hosts of events can:
•   Create and edit events
•    Upload events pics/video
•    Keep track of events
•   See  list of event attendees

5.   Administrator:   
•   Approve event post
•    Communicate  with users

6.   Donation tool :
•   Integrate paypal and civicontribute

7.   Email addess sign up tool:
•   Collect email addresses on home page and integrate with civicrm database
8.   Blog and Chat :
•   Blog and chat on drupal site
•   Use profile info:  name, picture
9.   Civimail:
•   Email marketing and newsletters.
10.            Civireport:
•   Generaton of reports
