Dashboard Not Visible
June 18, 2011, 09:39:16 pm
I just recently installed version 4.0.3 with Joomla 1.6. The dashboard is not visible. I have verified the resource path, uninstalled & re-installed, however I am still having the same issue.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

What do you see when you visit it? Can you install Firebug for Firefox and look at the Console and Net tabs when you visit the page and look for any errors?

Under the Net tab, I am seeing the following:

Get deprecate.css, Get civicrm.css, Get joomla.css, and Get extras.css - all with the status "404 not found"

Under the Console tab, I have the following errors:

"jQuery not defined" and "cj is not function"

So your CSS and JS files are not being found--that's the problem. Can you confirm that the files are there? The references you can see if you do view source on the web page.

Check again the resource directories in the CiviCRM administration pages also.
