How do you go about customizing what buttons will show on the editor? I've compared what shows when I turn on TinyMCE and what is in the settings file inside TinyMCE at /home/ysername/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced and it does not match what I am seeing.

I need to be able to turn on some additional fairly basic buttons for the toolbar, such as tables. Tables are used a lot in email templates and other such items since they're more supported by email readers.
