Problems with On Behalf of Profile - multivalue options

Hi - so a 'checksum' field set to 'show 2 options per row' which works fine as an ordinary profile on a Contrib Page fails to apply the '2 options per row' in the On Behalf of Profile because the form is being rendered as a table rather than using divs
