PHP Fatal error: Class 'CRM_Campaign_Info' not found in
June 23, 2011, 11:01:23 pm
Hi all,

I recently moved from one host to another...and followed the instructions in the "moving an existing installation" pretty closely. What I'm confused about is this error:

[24-Jun-2011 01:54:31] PHP Fatal error:  Class 'CRM_Campaign_Info' not found in /mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/368073/592732/www.domainremoved.org/web/content/members/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Component.php on line 91. My browser just says internal error 500 mis-configuration.

This is Drupal 6 and CiviCRM 3. I know its slightly older, but I was planning on upgrading after I moved hosts. This is on the Rackspace Cloud.

Browsing to a webpage gets me that error - even this one to reconfigure the backend: http://<drupal_site>/index.php?q=civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend&reset=1.

I'm not sure what I should do, I've moved it before and this didn't happen.

What would you guys suggest? Re-do the entire transfer, files and database in case anything "weird" happened?

First thing to do is just recopy your CiviCRM files, those in sites/all/modules/civicrm and make sure none were missed.

I did that, and things changed a bit, but here is what I'm getting now:

[24-Jun-2011 16:30:02] PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Campaign/Info.php' (include_path='.:/mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/368073/592732/www.domain.org/web/content/members/sites/all/modules/civicrm:/mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/368073/592732/www.domain.org/web/content/members/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages:.:/usr/share/pear') in /mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/368073/592732/www.domain.org/web/content/members/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Component.php on line 90

What I'm very, very confused by is the fact that CRM/Campaign/Info.php is not in my old installation, yet, somehow CiviCRM worked wonderfully on it. So, I'm guessing now that this is not the cause of the problem.

Could this be an indication that my database wasn't imported correctly?

Thank you for helping...seriously appreciated! :)

Oddly enough, I just checked a base 3.0.3 installation - CRM/Campaign/Info.php isn't there...so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I'm not sure what's going on. The latest 3.4.x versions do have CRM/Campaign/Info.php so I wonder if you have a version mismatch somewhere.

Perhaps you want to try to upgrade to 3.4.4?
