url validation function does not allow hyphen '-' in domain names for web sites

If you try to enter a site of a contact or organization that includes a hyphen, such as in atoz-sado . com , an error is displayed.

If I remove the hyphen, the contact or organization is saved without a problem.

This was due to a bug in php 5.3.2. I upgraded to php 5.3.3 and it was fixed.
