Batch Update via Profile: which Drupal permission gives access?

Does I have to give out  'administer CiviCRM' ?  I've enabled 'profile listings' and 'profile listings and forms' - I would have thought that would cover it.

I was hoping to allow it for non-admins.

That's disappointing. A very high level of access required there to just update some data.
