Can I format the Pay later label?
June 27, 2011, 05:52:19 am
I would really like to be able to format the 'pay later label' so that it consists of two lines.    I would like it to be formatted as follows:

I will send payment by cheque or money order.  Your payment must be received by us within three weeks of the date of this purchase.
Do NOT select this if paying by credit card.  Your credit card details are entered after your Name and Address.

The second line might seem like unnecessary detail, but during registrations for the first series of events we ran using civiCRM we had several calls from people who had ticked that box and then "couldn't find" where to enter their credit card details!

Can it be done?  There aren't any html editing buttons above it and using {ts} ...{/ts} or <br /> doesn't work.  Neither does just leaving some empty rows between the lines.

So I think probably I can't, but I thought I would just ask.

why dont you use

<span style="display:block;"> text 1 </span>
<span style="display:block;"> text 2 </span>

would be the easy way
add it in the civicrm.css for next uses

Thnaks for the reply, but the solution is a bit beyond me.  I don't have access to the style sheets - perhaps later on when I am not such a novice.

I have reworded the text and put more info in intro and the FAQ section and will just have to trust that they actually read things properly.
