CiviMail Processor Logs in But Doesn't Start Processing
July 02, 2011, 01:58:39 pm
I just started using CiviMail Processor to handle bounces.  When I run the URL, here's the output I get:

connecting to mail.unisigep.com and authenticating as info@unisigep.com creating /CiviMail.ignored/2011/07/02/cur

And nothing more.  I'm not sure what I should be seeing, but I doubt that it's processing as it's supposed to be.

Can anyone provide some input into what I should be seeing and possible reasons why Processor isn't running as it should?

Thanks!

Hi,

Is info@unisigep really the mail account supposed to get the bounces?

It's supposed to be a separate email account just for that.

All I use it for is bounces...maybe a poor naming choice.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the issue I'm experiencing?

Can you connect with you mail client and read it (using pop assuming that's the protocol you use on the config)

Has www-data the right to create the folder?
