Importing contributions internal server error 500

Hi everyone

Slightly worrying as i need this tool to import contributions from our old online purchasing system until we go online with the install of civi.

Gone to import contributions and i get an internal server error 500 and then when i go back i get this error

Code: [Select]
warning: require_once(api/v3/Contribute.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/api/api.php on line 248
Please help

This is already fix and it will be part of next release

Do i put this code at the bottom of the api.php file?
