Hi - as per the attached image, there is something amiss with the pre help on profiles.
While both pre and post are span classs = description perhaps there is something in the div class crm-section

i think the post help is getting the margin-left 36% from the div class = content

the pre help is getting no such margin from the div class = crm-section - though it does get a "  " which seems unhelpful as it just indents the top line by a couple of spaces
