The page isn't redirecting properly

I have performed manual install of Civicrm 1.9 on Drupal 5.6.
Automated installer doesn't work for me, so I performed manual install.
When I click on Civicrm dashboard links, it doesn't open and firefox gives Error "The page isn't redirecting properly".

Can you make sure Resource Urls is correct.

http://demo.civicrm.org/drupal/civicrm/admin/setting/url?reset=1
