Customizing Help Messages
July 06, 2011, 09:41:04 am
I am not sure I have put this message in the right place and it may be answered somewhere already. (I get too many results using the word help)

I would like to customize the help messages associated with fields. I understand where to do it for custom fields but I would like to add help to many of the standard fields. Is there a way to do this?   I took a quick scan of database and did not see anything obvious for this --

thanks for any assistance you can give me

You could do this by localizing your language files? So download the .po files and use Poedit (or another program to maintain po files) and adapt the text?
