Register New Participnt functionality

I am using civicrm 3.2 and drupal 6.x for my application, my application contains more online registration forms, for me i need to resister the participant by admin user by using the "Register New participant" link in civicrm menu, i have used a set of the civicrm individual fields and custom fields. Is there a way to register a participant or Importing a set of participant  in the csv file.
