Upgrade Issues...

Since upgrading to 4.0, I have had a number of errors.  They seem to cetner around undefined indexes, variable references.  When updated I noticed the CIVICRM Rules and OG are missing. Does this play a part.?  Thank you for the help.  My head hurts from all tne errors.

for now you might want to disable notices in D7. we are fixing most of them as we encounter them, so each point release is a bit more compliant :)

If you can submit a patch that fixes the notices that you encounter that would be great. It would also help relieve your headache (and a few other headaches too!)
